Spa Clientele Information
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your spa appointment. This will allow you ample time to change, stow your belongings, and familiarize yourself with our facility. Arriving late will shorten your treatment time if another treatment is scheduled immediately after yours.
Before having your body treatments, you must notify us of any health conditions or physical concerns. For your benefit, avoid drinking alcohol prior to your services and try to allow at least one hour between your last meal and your treatment time.
Attire
Wear what you like as you may be changing into a robe and slippers provided by the spa depending upon the treatment you are receiving.
Privacy
Therapists drape towels or sheets to protect your privacy at all times. Only the area that is being worked on is undraped. For wet treatments we recommend that you bring a two-piece bathing suit if you prefer. Although we provide secure lockers, Metropolis Body Spa cannot be held responsible for the loss or theft of any personal items.
Cancellations
As a courtesy to our staff, please give 24 hours notice for cancellation of any appointment. We reserve the right to charge for appointments scheduled and not cancelled 24 hours prior.
Spa Package Reservations
A major credit card is needed to reserve appointments for any of the Spa Packages.
